QUICK ANSWERS

Your next step, explained.

01

How do I start my first workout?

Choose Jump rope, HIIT or Tabata in the three-step guide. Adjust work, rest and rounds, then choose Use this timer. On Home, press Start when you are ready. You can reopen the guide in Settings → How to use Pace.

02

Will today's changes overwrite my timer?

No. Home adjustments apply to today's workout. Your saved original stays the same. Use Save as new timer if you want to keep the adjusted version.

03

How do I hear movement cues?

Enable voice cues and countdown sounds in Settings and turn up your iPhone's media volume. Pace can play alongside your music. Calls and disconnected headphones pause a workout. Optional notification alerts depend on your iPhone's permissions and Focus settings.

04

How do I save or recover a workout?

When you finish, save your session to Activity. You can replay its exact plan later. After an unexpected app termination, Pace offers the last saved session paused so you can resume.

05

What is included in Pace Pro?

Voice cues, complete workouts, activity history, three starter timers and three additional saved timers are free. One Pro purchase unlocks unlimited saved timers and individual work/rest durations for each movement. There is no subscription. The current price is shown in the app before purchase.

06

How do I restore a purchase?

Use Restore Purchases on the Pace Pro screen while signed into the Apple Account used for your original purchase. Apple handles payment and refund requests. Deleting local data does not cancel or refund a purchase.

07

How do I export or delete my data?

Share individual timers or export your workout history as CSV from the app. Settings → Delete all local data removes local timers, history, preferences and recovery files, then restores the starter routines. Backups and copies you previously exported are separate.
