YOUR DATA, EXPLAINED

Privacy policy

This policy describes Pace for iPhone.

Effective September 8, 2026. Pace is provided by ICSR Tech LLC.

Data on your device

Pace stores saved timers, workout history, preferences and a session recovery point on your iPhone. We do not operate a server that receives these records. Pace has no account system, advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not access HealthKit, record your microphone, or request your contacts, location or camera.

Your device's backup settings may include Pace's local data in Apple-managed backups. Apple handles those services under its own policies.

Workout audio and notifications

Movement cues use the device's speech system. Generated cue tracks are cached locally and replaced as needed. Local notification permission is optional. Notifications are scheduled on the device; Pace does not send remote push notifications. Live Activities display the current workout on supported system surfaces.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases. Pace reads verified App Store transactions to determine whether Pro features are available, including restoration and revoked transactions. We do not receive payment card details. Apple's store services are subject to Apple's policies.

Sharing

Pace does not automatically share your workout records. If you choose Export or Share, the selected timer file or CSV is passed to the destination you choose through the system share sheet. That destination may process the file under its own policies. Exported copies are separate from Pace's local records.

Deletion

Use Settings → Delete all local data to remove timers, history, preferences and recovery files. The starter routines are then restored. Deleting the app removes its local container. Apple-managed backups and copies you previously exported are separate and may need to be deleted through their respective services. Deleting local data does not cancel or refund an App Store purchase.

Support and changes

If you contact ICSR Tech LLC, information you choose to provide is used to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive health information. Material policy changes will appear in the app and on the public policy page with an updated effective date.
